If you wants to take admission in CSE in Delhi, and you still not appeared in any entrance exam, so you must try in Galgotias University. This college take their own entrance exam Called GEEE last date to Apply is 30 May, so apply and appears in exam held on 11June all over the India.

Since, PSG College of Technology comes under Anna University counselling, you are advised to apply for that. The seats are filled only under the process of counselling. So, till now there are no information regarding the vacancies of seats for the courses in PSG.

You can take admission in B.Sc (Agri.). The eligibility is:
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or intermediate (with English, physics, chemistry, maths or biology or forestry) or 10+2 or intermediate (agriculture) or a 2-year Diploma in agriculture after 10th or equivalent, subject to valid score in LPUNEST- 2017.

In case marks scored in 10+2 are 70% or above then LPUNEST-2017 will be exempted and a candidate may apply for admission.

With that score in CAT, it's impossible to get admission into a good B-School. Such B-schools are famous for neither for their reputation nor for their placements. The cutoffs of all top B-schools accepting CAT have their cutoffs above 95 percentile. Better repeat for CAT next year (or other exams if you wish) rather than wasting both your precious time and money.
