Yes, Lovely Professional University (LPU) offers lateral entry admission for B.Tech programs, allowing Diploma holders to join directly in the second year (3rd semester).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have completed a Diploma (3 years) in Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.

Your score is not bad but your chances to get a seat at a Sastra University is a little low. Even if you get a seat you may not get the top courses like CSE, mechanical, electronics, IT, etc. If you have appeared for JEE main, then your chances for getting admission would increase.

AIIMS Cut off for SC/ST is 40%.
If you want get seat in AIIMS Delhi, then an SC person need min 620 marks in NEET.
The last year cutoff of AIIMS Jodhpur for SC category was 560 marks.

With this rank, you can surely get seat in the best engineering college of your state. You can also get seat in some NITs, but that won't be good enough or you will not be able to get any nice branch. So, I would suggest you to opt the engineering college of your state.
