There is 60 multiple choice type (MCQs) questions at the level of 10+2 in the subjects:
Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology. The total marks for Part A will be 60 marks. Every correct answer will be awarded 1 mark
There will be negative marking and for each wrong answer, the mark will be deducted
Part B:
There will be 100 multiple choice questions out of which the candidates will have to attempt 60 questions. The total marks for Part B will be 180 Marks. Every correct answer will be awarded 3 marks. There will be negative marking and for each wrong answer, 1 mark will be deducted.

Practice is the key. Usually it is recommended that you first take a diagnostic test before preparing.
