Adarsh College does offer merit scholarships that may reach 100% tuition waiver for top-performing applicants.
Government scholarships (for SC/ST/OBC/EWS) can also cover full tuition, depending on income and category.
However, these do not include hostel, mess, or other fees.
Pure merit? alone full scholarships are rare except in exceptional academic cases.
If you're seeking total coverage (100% + additional fees), you'll likely need to combine college merit, government schemes, and possibly corporate scholarships.
