The TSEdCET exam is conducted by Kakatiya University, Warangal, on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE/TGCHE). It is conducted for all colleges in Maharashtra, not only for Siddhartha Institute of Technology and Sciences.
