In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have atleat 50% marks in graduation.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then pursue MBA through distance education.

Congrats! You can do either of the streams which will help you get into a good engineering college or medical college. Do Maths, Physcis, Chemistry and Biology or Maths, Physcis,Chemistry and Computer Science.

It is not possible to do two degrees from different universities. Only you can do one degree at a time. There are certain universities where you can do an intergerated course.

Overall, in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
Atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
