Hi abhishek
in my opinion do PHP . . .
i think there many experts of ASP.net these days. .
PHP is a very demanding language these days . .
even if someone will do a short term course of PHP they will get job easily. .
Some institute like NIIT have started short term special courses for PHP, attached with courses like BscIT etc. . (However they charge extra money for that certification)
Take it as an opinion and make your declension at your own. .
Good luck . .
