If you mean one sitting degree, then please remember the one sitting degree is good for those who are only looking at gaining a graduate degree.
If you are also looking at post graduate courses then you need to first check whether after the single sitting graduation you will be eligible for the next course or not.
For example, in order to pursue MBA, the eligibility criteria is 10+2+3; therefore a three year graduation is required and the single sitting course is not accepted.

Work experience does not matter if you are doing regular degree so in that time you not mention work experience , but in last semester of MBA that is a training program you can mention work experience , and be sure about the college reputation some college give so much offer first check out the affiliation of this college and their previous record , that you may find whenever you visit the college

At present there is no company visit for this course as per my knowledge there is no batch pass out for this course and if no batch is pass out till now university can not think about their placement , but LPU have good reputation hope they will do some thing about the placement of this course students
