US, is one of the finest study destination to pursue undergraduate degree, there are many good universities in US which offers undergraduate degree in various fields like:
- Computer science.
- Electrical engineering.

However, as per your query, I would suggest you to complete your B.Tech from India only and once completed you may opt for masters degree from universities in US, by this you lower down the cost of your education to a great extent.
You may also work for 2-3 years after completing your B.Tech from India and then opting for masters degree from universities in US, by this you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.
