By practicing all the previous year's questions of Physics Chemistry and Biology you will get a good idea of the type of questions asked in the exam and improve your preparation level. However, it is important to note that there is no guarantee that practicing all previous year's questions alone will guarantee a high score. Tution fee for the full course is INR 5.95 lacs approximately and hostel fee is around INR 1.9 lacs for AC and non AC is cheaper. You need to pay fee in 4 installment. Institute provides 100% placement guarantee. Talent gets recruited first with good package. That's what I have seen till now,
Highest package of this year till now is around INR 16 lacs (ctc) including incentives. And average would be around INR 4 lacs.

Hi Abhishek,
The most common way to prepare for CAT is by joining an institute such as TIME or Tathagat. Depending on the region you stay in, you can find out the most renowned institute in your locality and choose. Also, there are multiple books that are available. You can also sign up for online courses to practice on your own.

Anything is good when you purse them from top institutes. Masters with the help of GATE can help you even to achieve PSU's and when considering the MBA do it using CAT. Here your interest matters, if you are very good in engineering subjects go for GATE and if you are good in academics from schooling then go for CAT. In my opinion MBA has more scope. So better opt for MBA for more packages and if u wants your core then go for GATE.
