Pursue a course you have interest in and have inclination for.
If you want to get into managerial line go for MBA and if you have technical bent of mind go for M.Tech.
MBA has a large quantity of jobs and major areas for building a fabulous career which can promise them a secured and flourishing future. The Employment Level and Salary packages in MBA are definitely having a upper hand over M.Tech graduates as MBA Students will start with a trademark salary of around 80 K to 1 lack bucks per month which is a huge amount in Indian currency where as in US $ they will be earning around 1000$ per Week. Even M.Tech have a good salary

Apart from this, there are many universities that are offering integrated/ dual BCA-MCA degrees which are more beneficial as compared to simple BCA. You can check the websites of some of the universities.

This will make it easy for you to have a professional degree at affordable fees.
My university I.e. LPU offers good scholarships on the basis of your marks in 12th as well as test conducted by them. Even I am getting a scholarship of 40,000 per semester.

If you did PCM, like every PCM student's favourite choice you can go for B.Tech/ B.Arch. IF you were a PCB student, your choices become little wide, you can go for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BVMS, B.Pharm, BPT, B.Tech Biotech./ Food Tech. etc.
If you have any passion for computers you can go for BCA or B.Sc Computer Science or B.Sc IT.
