The required cut-off for CMAT is 139 through CAP Round.
For PGDM there is No cut -Off, you should give any of the Entrance Exams(ATMA,CMAT,XAT,MAT,CAT)which will be followed by a GD PI Round.
To apply to AIMSR you can either download the application form from the website or you can personally visit the campus and collect the form for RS1200 cash or DD favoring Aditya Institute Of Management Studies & Research, provided you have given Management entrance exams.AIMSR accept all entrance exams score(ATMA,CMAT,XAT,MAT,CAT).
Fees for MMS is between 1, 60,000-1, 80,000/year
Fees for PGDM is 2, 60,000/year

-ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is the global body for professional accountants.
ACCA is internationally recognised(in 170 countries), where as ICAI is only recognized in few countries.
Eventhough ACCA can use 'Chartered Accountant' designation, they usually called as 'Chartered Certified Accountant / ACCA'. So if you are really interested in the designation go for ICAI.
As compared to CA through ICAI, ACCA is still a budding certification and is at very nascent stage in India. Not only this, ICAI is an organization which is known world over.
