To become a commercial pilot:
First, you need to get the student pilot license. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in science (physics and mathematics) with 50% marks.
Your one eye should be good. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
You need to register yourself in a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.

For the batch of 2017-19, you will have to give the CAT exam which will be held somewhere in October or November. And the interviews will be held in around April. You can go for further studies like:
M.Tech.
MBA
M.Sc.
Ph.D.

If you want to pursue physics then you should pursue B.Sc (Hons) in physics instead of B.Tech. After completing your Bachelor's degree in physics you will be eligible for IAS too.
