Hello Mohammed,
Unfortunately, if you score 75% or less these institutions do not admit. However, Delhi and some other few states accept JEE Mains score for admission and requirement of 12th percentage is less. You can attempt there.

Hi Anoop,
Ofcourse you can pursue CA. While doing CA you can pursue B.Com along with it through correspondence. ICAI do provide such an option to CA students.

But as you have told that you are from CSE, you must be interested in this field Government jobs.
