Hi,
German universities are highly competitive and selective. You must have completed your B.Tech with nothing less than 75% for maximum chances of admission. A very strong research oriented profile is required. A strong SOP and outstanding LORs are recommended. Take the IELTS. You may choose to earn a German language certification. However, most MS programs are taught in English. Check DAAD website for details. Further, you have to apply via the university-ASSIST portal.

No, don't go for BCA then. BCA requires strong concepts of +1 and +2 mathematics. But nothing is impossible. If you have passion for computers you can handle mathematics with your hard work.

There are good options for BCA graduates. These are in government, public, and private sector. BCA degree holders can also work as freelancers and take up individual contracts or projects on behalf of their consignor. The scope of BCA is very promising.

I would recommend you to go for some other better college than MS Ramaiah but to know the exact scenario for faculty and placements get in touch with the current students through social media or in person.
Also, the fee structure is too high.

I would recommend you to go for B.Tech after HSC as you will be having a lot of entrance exam options and college choices to go for, but if you join B.Tech after Diploma then there is only one examination for lateral entry (LEET) and the college choices will also be less.
