Yes, You must pursue B.Tech as in today's era Degree is prefer over Diploma. And side by side do some certifications as well like coding in python, web. Designing etc. Not bookish knowledge is acceptable today, if you do good in your field you must have other knowledge other than course syllabus since the company now a days search for the cream. Be the cream and get placed in the good company after B.Tech.

Hi there, You can get admission in government medical College through 15% all india quota counseling or your 85%domicile state counseling only. There are no other ways of getting government medical College. So as you mentioned you are from Maharashtra so this must be your domicile state. So if we talk about government.
