SNU has an experienced faculty who hail from diverse academic backgrounds. There are several facilities available for non-teaching and teaching staff members. Faculty and various staff residing on the Shiv Nadar University campus have access to dining and several fitness facilities. Some faculty are master's degree holders while others have PhD degrees. Some are even pursuing their Doctorate from renowned organisations. The university also invites several guests for guest lectures.

All of Hindu College's courses need entrance exams. The CUET-PG exam will be required for admission to all postgraduate programs, Hindu College accepts the CUET-UG exam for admission to all undergraduate programs, including BA, BSc, and BCom.  Beginning in 2022, the DU has started to admit candidates to the courses through the entrance exams CUET-UG and CUET-PG. hence, there is no provision of direct admission.

The Sharda University fee for BTech course ranges between INR 7.8 lakh - INR 11.4 lakh for all the four-years, which is inclusive of the fee for all BTech specialisations. There are multiple fee components added to the total course fee that candidates are required to pay at the time of admission. It includes the Application Fee, Tuition Fee, Hostel fee, Transportation Fee, Hostel Security Deposit, etc.

The candidates can pick two centres from this list. After the exam centre is allotted, the candidates will not be permitted to change the exam centre.

To get admission to a four-year BTech programme at Sharda University, there is a minimum qualifying requirement that needs to be satisfied by the aspirants. Candidates must have passed Class 10 with 60% of aggregate. They are required to pass Class 12 in the Science stream by obtaining a minimum of 70% aggregate overall and acquiring 60% aggregate in PCM & Computer Science. Further, they have also passed Class 12 with a 50% aggregate in the Mathematics subject. There should not be any gap in passing Class 10 & 12. These are all the mandatory requirements to apply for at Sharda University BTech course.
