No, IPMAT application form is not different for different categories. There are certain things while filling the form that differs such as certificates required, application fee, marks required, etc.

IPMAT is one of the exam for pursuing MBA from IIM's. 

The cut off for different categories for the exams are different as, for general category it is 409, for SC it is INR 247, for ST it is INR 201, for OBC it is 349, for EWS it is 350. The application fee for filling the form is also different, as for SC it is INR 2,065, for ST it is INR 2,078, for OBC it is INR 3000, for general category it is INR 4,130. The general category requires the marksheets, aadhar card, etc. for uploading while other categories required their category certificate too. 

Steps to follow for the application process

Online Registration: Candidates need to visit the official website of the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) and register themselves by providing the required details like name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

Filling the Application Form: After registration, candidates must log in using their credentials and fill out the application form. The form will require personal details, educational qualifications, communication address, choice of exam center, etc.

Uploading Documents: Candidates will be required to upload scanned copies of their recent passport-sized photograph and signature in the prescribed format.

Application Fee Payment: Candidates have to pay the application fee as per the instructions provided on the website. The fee can usually be paid online through net banking, credit/debit card, or through other available payment methods.

Printing Application Form: After successful submission of the application and payment of the fee, candidates should take a printout of the completed application form for future reference.

The following list of documents will be required when the students are filing the IPMAT application form:

• Scanned or digital copy photograph and signature
• Scanned copy of the latest OBC (Non-creamy) / SC / ST / DAP category certificate as applicable
• Scanned copy of mark sheet of Class 10
• Scanned copy of marksheet of Class 12
• Credit/ Debit card/ internet banking details to pay the fees online
