Since you are among the 48 percent eligible in Class 12, and have already given both GUJCET and JEE Main, your successful admission will be based upon two factors your category (General or Reserved) and the colleges you would target.
GUJCET Bachelor Eligibility
General Category: Admission requires 45 per cent in Class 12 PCM to pursue B.Tech.
Such categories as SC, ST, SEBC, EWS, etc.: In Class 12 you require only 40% PCM.
You have 48% and you can only get B.Tech admission in Gujarat on basis of GUJCET only when you belong to a reserved group. When you are a General category student then you are not meeting the minimum requirement.

Yes, it is possible to apply not only one, but also two papers in GATE 2026 application form, which will be approved after the first submission, however, within the official window of form correction. This is the way it is done:
