Dear Adarsh, As per Educational Rule,You can't Study 2 degrees at a time whether it is Distance or Regular or combination of Both.
Valid combination is as follows:
1) 1 Degree + 1 PG Diploma
2) 1 Degree + 1 Diploma
3) 1 Degree + 1 cetificate
4) 1 PG Diploma + 1 PG Diploma
5) 1 Diploma + 1 Diploma/Certificate
6) 1 Certificate + 1 Certificate
So as you planning to do diploma or cetificate from IGNOU or other University with BSc Degree is 100% valid.
Good Luck !
