It's nice to see your preparation efforts. It will of course help greatly to study previous year's question papers. But IIT's are famous for setting unique question papers & next year quantum of MCQ is going to be reduced! Please make max efforts to understand concepts & using these to solve questions.

I am afraid of saying so, but you are not eligible to do M.Tech in any stream after passing your UG from BSc. In india, to do M.Tech, you must have a valid B.Tech degree. However, you can go for M.Sc in IT.
