Dear Yaqoob,
While the decision is good your profile may not be suitable for an MBA programme right now. If you are looking for a good university you must have atleast 3 years work experience and a very good GMAT score. Ofcourse there are colleges in UK accepting students without a work experience, you need to research a bit on that.

GRE is not required and if you are talking about exchange scheme you have to get in touch with the two universities you are concerned with right now, the one in India where you are currently studying and the one in German y where you wish to go. Best is to get in touch with DAAD too. Check DAAD Delhi website for exchange programmes and norms.

CA and CS. Both the courses provide a rewarding career as they provide jobs into statutory designations. Every company or business has got their accounts approved by Chartered Accountants compulsorily before final submission to the tax authorities.
Every company having a paid up share capital of 10 crores has to appoint a full-time company secretary. So both are very rewarding.
I hope this would suffice. All the best. God bless you.
