While the decision is good your profile may not be suitable for an MBA programme right now. If you are looking for a good university you must have atleast 3 years work experience and a very good GMAT score. Ofcourse there are colleges in UK accepting students without a work experience, you need to research a bit on that.

CA and CS. Both the courses provide a rewarding career as they provide jobs into statutory designations. Every company or business has got their accounts approved by Chartered Accountants compulsorily before final submission to the tax authorities.
Every company having a paid up share capital of 10 crores has to appoint a full-time company secretary. So both are very rewarding.
