To pursue B.Sc Microbiology, one needs to score a minimum of 50% in 12th with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) from any recognized board. The admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. The cut off marks varies from year to year.

In order to pursue masters degree from abroad you need to decide on:
1. In which country you wish ti study.
2. Which course you wish to pursue.
3. What is the eligibility criteria for admission.
4. In which intake you wish to apply for admission.
As you are pursuing BTech in computer science so the best course for you would be to pursue MS in computer science.
Eligibility to pursue MS degree from universities in US.
- Undergraduate degree in same or relevant discipline (60%-70% plus in degree)
- High score in GRE.
- High scores in IELTS or TOEFL.
Preferred GRE score- 300 plus.
Preferred TOEFL score- 90 plus.
Preferred IELTS score- 6.5 bands plus.
Universities in US have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
The application deadlines in American universities for international students are set by the department delivering each program, and these deadlines may be as early as 12 months before the program begins.
So it would be always advisable to take GRE and TOEFL or IELTS test atleast 3-4 months in advance of your planned admission intake.
