There is no need to be very good to pursue MBA.
As you are working professional , you have option for EX-PGDM/MBA program that is desgined for the working professionals only. Best Institutes to Pursue are: IIM/IMT/S.P Jain/ Asia Pacific Institute Of Management, New Delhi.
Apart from this if you can leave your job, you can do regular MBA as well. If you have 50% marks in graduation then you can apply plus you need to give CAT/MAT/XAT/SNAP/CMAT any of the competitiv exam also.
