Hi Jesvin
If you believe in hard study and complex programing then java is good.
After doing course in java you will not only understand JAVA But can understand any other language easily. .
And since it is a platform independent language it have great scope. . C and JAVA are like evergreen language . .
In other hand .NET also have good scope but it will give you expertise in only window programing. IT Is also an easy to understand language. .it decreased 90% of programing . . JAVA have better scope then .NET

Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities in Singapore you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, with good academic record, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GRE.

Both these course have almost the same syllabus, so you may pursue any of these course.
