Hi,
I am really very sorry but as you know now a days all the accounting related transaction are done only in English so there will be zero scope of doing CA in Hindi. So, no you can't do it in Hindi.

Few top b schools for MBA in hospital management are TISS, FMS( executive), BITS ( Executive),IIHMR Univeristy, Devi Ahaliya , Symbosis etc.
To get admission in these top b school you should have good CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT etc score.
