Dear Sameeksha, Life at LPU is pretty amazing. You got an opportunity to increase your knowledge. You will come across different cultures. You will learn a lot there. I can assure you that after completion of your degree programme you will be a completely different person. First thing first, do give importance to your academics. Manage a CGPA of at least 7 till the end. If you are an Engineering Student, do live projects. This will build up your resume. There are certain groups, who work on these projects. You will learn to work in a team and you will gain knowledge of every stream. Good luck with that. Now time to explore. Do join a cultural club in DSA in your first semester. You will learn a lot of things there. You can join Fine Arts, Dance Clubs, etc. Based on your interest. You will find people of every ethnicity there. Talk to them. Explore their cultures. I used to play basketball with black people. They were awesome and super friendly. Make really good outgoing friends. You have to collect lots of wonderful memories in these years (Highly Recommended). Have fun with them. Do ask a girl out. Don't be creepy, be a gentleman. Last but most important, never restrict yourself from exploring. Study hard. But Enjoy to your the fullest. This is probably the last time you can enjoy anything. At the end of your college days, there is a monster called real life waiting for you. I had my best time in college. It was a good place filled with laughter and happiness, Every sort of experience you can imagine. You'll never get that time back. I hope this helps
