As you get your revert from specified institute, please note that even if you do a course from top notch institutes like IIM, IIT, NID, FTI etc. you won't get 100% job assurance, 'caz getting a job is mutual.
Institute will provide you with best of trainer, but it is upto you to learn and master the art of Design and Digital Media yourself.
Institute could also give provide you with opportunities existing in Industry. It is upto you to utilize them by appearing and clearing selection process as per laid down by institute.

What degree you are holding currently. If you are BE or holding any technical degree . I would suggest you to do some QA course and build your carrer as BA in software field. If you wanted to become software engg it will be again start of career from scratch. My suggestion will be dont change career path at this time your all past experience will be wasted.
