You have a very good academic and professional profile, so as per your profile I would suggest you to continue working for 3-4 years and then pursue MBA from universities in Canada, as it would further enhance your career prospects.
However, you may surely pursue Masters in management, please remember GMAT is not a mandatory criteria for admission in Masters in management program, GMAT scores are mandatory criteria for admission in MBA program.

Hi Trisha,Management colleges which are affiliated to AICTE offers PGDBM ,colleges those are autonomous offers PGDM and universities offers MBA degree basically all are same MBA & AICTE approved diplomas are preferred in govt. sector.

There is good scope in almost every field. No course is easy or difficult if you have interest in that particular subject. If you do not have interest then easiest subject can become a big burden on your shoulder.
