You can preparing for CAT either by coaching classes or by self study. It depends on you, what will be more helpful to you. Last year CAT percentile cut off for getting FMS call was 98.2 .
To score good percentile, know your strength areas and try to maximise over it and know your weak areas and work over it that much where you can solve at least medium difficulty of question. To clear CAT, you have to select right kind of questions, which you think you will be able to solve correctly. Accuracy matters a lot. But in combination with speed, it can be a deadly combination. So try to give as many mock CAT exams as you can. Since you are a 3rd year student, so you have plenty of time to finish the course as well as practicing mock, before CAT 15.
For GD, read newspapers. Have an opinion on everything you read. Try to be aware of your surrounding. Give mock GDs.
For PI, know yourself and why do you want to do MBA. Prepare basic HR questions.

For getting into banks there are many ways. You can join as a clerk in nationalised banks by appearing for IBPS Examinations. You can also apply for Probationary Officers (PO) Examinations after becoming a graduate (first class is mandatory or higher second class in masters degree). After joining as clerk, you can internally appear for JAIIB exam and then further for CAIIB exam. You can also enter into RBI through their competitive exams for Officer Grade A or B when they announce vacancies. If you want to enter into private banks, then CA or LLB or MBA Finance qualification can help. You can also enquire about courses from National Institute of Banking Management (NIBM), Pune. you should first take a look at last 10 years question bank and compare and have an Idea that how many questions from each section in each subject was being asked in it this way you will get an idea that in which section you need to focus most
you should follow NCERT books from class 6 to class 10th for this
Plan out Routine and work accordingly
