As you have done your BA from DU you should try for DU first.

Yes, you can do MBA. MBA will be better since you have experience, and also because you hold a. M.Sc degree. But, for that you must take GMAT or GRE and also IELTS or TOEFL. Overall, you have a good profile, so give your best shot. Check university's websites for admission requirements and prepare.
