Your question is not clear. But, if you want to do PG, then generally you must have a proper 10+2+3 qualification at least. In some cases like CA CS etc, PG in certain discipline can be pursued. Also, if you have experience in an Industry of more than 5 years, then some universities give admission in MBA course. There is no other option than these.

Your chances depend on how you score at the entrance test. A score of 99 percentile should give you bright chances to get into the said colleges. XLRI has its own opne test whereas IIMs follow CAT.
