Hi, usually a regular course from a good institute is considered to have more value in the job market than a distance one. Syllabus and course structure wise both the courses are almost same. The difference between these two is interaction with others. But if someone is working and having minimum of 3-4 years of work experience then even distance course has same value as regular. Because in that case one gets exposure from the work place.
