There are few top colleges like Thapar University, Veltech which offers admission on the basis of your board's marks, but you need more than 90% marks in boards, to get admission there, however it will be better, if you look forward for different engineering entrance examination for getting top colleges in India.

A candidate for being eligible for admission to the B.M.S. Degree Course shall have passed H.S.C. Examination of the Maharashtra Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination or Diploma in any Engineering branches with two years or three years duration after S.S.C., conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Maharashtra State or its equivalent examination by securing minimum 45% marks for general category (in one attempt) at the respective Examination and minimum 40% marks for the reserved category (in one attempt).

You will compulsorily need a valid CAT score that clears the cut-off applicable to your category, in order to secure an admission in FMS Delhi.

You can then consider Bachelor of Science in physics major, or consider doing electronics and communication engineering or electrical and electronics engineering. You can then do jobs in the IT sector, teaching and professorship (upon Masters of course), research and development sector.

Readmission in same college is meters formality and all the papers required by the college are already with them. Hence I don't think you need to submit any documents except perhaps your marks list of first year and of course fees.
