Although, you have not mentioned the field in which you want to get into, if you want to get into management field then there are no specific courses as Business Analyst and you can get into this field only with your experience and along with it you can do MBA to make your fundamentals strong. However, if you are planning to get into IT field and want to become System analyst or Software Business Analyst you can choose courses like SAP BI, SAS etc. or can do short term courses in data warehousing & mining like cognos, informatica, etc. as far as fee structure is concerned different Institutes will have different fee structur

The things that you have mentioned in your question would have got nothing to do with getting a visa. To get a visa, you would require an admission offer from a university in hand, and you would be required to show that you are in a position to fund yourself i.e. you would be required to show bank statements where more than 75% of your tuition fee should be covered. If you can prove to the visa consulate in your application that you have adequate expenses to fund yourself during your studies, getting a visa would not be a problem for you at all.

While choosing a programme the most important thing which you should keep in mind is your own interests and career aspirations, so, I would say between International Business and Human Resource best would be the one which you feel that you are passionate about.
However, I would like to add here that if possible you should always opt for a full time MBA program as Distance Education programmes are generally for those working professionals who have good amount of work experience and are looking to get promotion in his current organization on the basis of MBA/PGDM.

As you are doing PGDM program which means a Post Graduate Diploma so, it seems difficult that you would be able to take your studies further on the basis of this as PGDM is a diploma programme where as for doing PhD you need to have a Masters degree through a University recognized by UGC. Apart from this to be eligible to sit for PhD programme the candidate needs to have 55% to 60% in his/her Masters degree. and in most of the good Institutes the degree should be full time
