Which course are you interested in pursuing?
For engineering courses, you have to take the GRE and TOEFL and since your percentage is a bit low, you have to target excellent scores lke 1300+ and 90+ in the GRE and TOEFL.

As far as my knowledge goes there is no age limit to go for Chartered Accountancy programme but you should check with ICAI to get the exact information. However, CA is a 5 year ling programme with articleship so by the time you become CA you will be about to touch your forties so, do you feel it is worth investing in CA. Coming to the Financial part of it, although it would not cost you as high as MBA but definitely would cost you somewhere around 50,000 to 60,000.

If you are planning to do your MBA from India there is no requirement of work experience in Indian B-Schools. I would advise you to prepare for various B-School Entrance Examinations like CAT, XAT etc. and try and get into one of the best B-Schoools like IIMs, XLRI etc.

There are many colleges in India from where you can opt for MBA and most of these institute require you to have a good academic and entrance scores. In your case, as you have scored just 9.43 percentile, it would not be possible for you to get a good institute on that percentile. However, you can either drop this year and prepare for the next year and reappear for the exam; other than this you can also try to get admission in the institutes having options for direct admissions to the MBA courses or the ones where the institute have its own exam.
