If you are very much confident about management then doing BBA or BMS would be beneficial otherwise you can do graduation in any field of your choice, be it engineering, science or commerce because doing an MBA in post-graduation would help you irrespective of your graduation stream.

You can do either of the two, ultimately your aptitude will matter. A BBA is definitely better if you want to get into management. Aim for an MBA few years down the line. To go abroad you need to decide the country, every country and university has different admission requirements. You must do well in your academics and have the x- factor in your profile. Showcase managerial skills from now onwards. Also, you must prepare for IELTS or TOEFL, etc.
