Practically speaking both are one and the same in the Indian context and hence there can be nothing like number 1 & 2. Actually, Aeronautical Engineering is the correct name for educational issues and it's the aerospace industry that manufactures aero components or structures. BBA and BBA IB both are good. It just have difference of appreciation. In BBA general, you can go with the specialisation HR, marketing and Finance. And when you choose BBA IB, it particularly focuses on the IB, you get to learn core of IB. So it depends on the one where you have interest and you r willing to do specilization.
