The value of a Diploma is higher in Canada than India so naturally, you will have better scope. You can gain some experience, earn some money, get an MBA or something can return to India later. Plan properly. I would also suggest you check career options with the colleges first, practical co-op options to gain work experience, career support centres, etc.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for NATA and JEE Paper 2 even with 58% in 10+2, as the minimum requirement is 50% with Mathematics, which you meet.
For B.Arch admission at Lovely Professional University, you are also eligible since LPU requires at least 50% marks along with a valid NATA or JEE Paper 2 score. Compared to some colleges that may have higher cutoffs, LPU is more flexible, so you still have a good chance of getting admission.

The minimum academic requirement is very high in Concordia, plus you will require a valid and good GMAT score. I would suggest you email them before applying, I think they will allow you to apply but admission chances are doubtful if other applicants have a better profile than you. You must submit excellent essays and some very strong recommendation letters.
