As you are an 11th class commerce student, yes you can become an astronaut or study astronomy. It's not very late as you are in 11th only. So to get into the field of astronomy, you are adviced to change your subject in 12th only so that you do not face any problem in pursuing Bachelor's in astronomy. With a NEET score of 416, you have chances of getting a decent college for MBBS. 416 is a very much average score and with this, getting a top government college is very much difficult. The admission cut-off for a top government medical college is generally 680 out of 720 for general candidates. Private Institute usually have a lower cutoff than government once. Yes, degrees of Sri Dev Suman University are valid in all countries, including Nepal. The Institute is certified by UGC and degrees of those Institutes who are certified by UGC ( University grant commission) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) are recognised worldwide.
