All the book stalls near your college will be having the previous question papers in a book format and the syllabus also can be got from them.

Do well in your 10th Exams with creditable marks. I am sure you will get an admission for Commerce in 11th in CBSE syllabus. Never get carried away by some one's words. You should be able to say that i can win the commerce in 11th and 12th classes.

The exams you need to take to qualify for a bachelors in computer science in USA are SAT and TOEFL. Getting admission in a good university is very difficult now days. If you want admission in the top universities, you would require atleast 85% and above in class 12th, atleast 2200 in SAT and atleast 100+ in TOEFL.
