After 13 years of experience if you still not got good hike then it is really a topic of worry. In such a case I would suggest you to go for a full time EMBA program from a good Institute like IIMs rather than going for a distance learning programme. Frankly speaking Distance learning programme would give you growth with in your current Organization and not outside it so, if you are looking for something of that sort then go ahead, else go for Full time MBA.
As far as specialization is concerned I would agree with Girish, that as you have 13 years of experience in Sales & Marketing sector you should go for MBA in Sales and Mar

First of all, you should not consider Canada at all as MBA in operations management is not really a good option in Canada. You should apply to universities in USA for MBA in Supply Chain and Operation Management as that is a preferred location to pursue this course. Infact, many of the top universities like University of Michigan--Ann Arbor are located in USA. Such universities are very well known for their specialty in Supply Chain Management.
Brief me a little on your qualifications so that i can suggest you universities accordingly. Also, let me know if you have work experience or not.
