After 13 years of experience if you still not got good hike then it is really a topic of worry. In such a case I would suggest you to go for a full time EMBA program from a good Institute like IIMs rather than going for a distance learning programme. Frankly speaking Distance learning programme would give you growth with in your current Organization and not outside it so, if you are looking for something of that sort then go ahead, else go for Full time MBA.
As far as specialization is concerned I would agree with Girish, that as you have 13 years of experience in Sales & Marketing sector you should go for MBA in Sales and Marketing, until & unless you want to change your profession.

The candidates who have passed (not before 2009), with the requisite marks (see eligibility criteria), the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2 system) conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal or an equivalent examination recognised by the University of Calcutta with at least five recognised subjects including English language (full marks not less than 100), will be eligible to appear in the admission test for admission to the three year B.A./B.Sc. Make sure that you have a proper time chart following which you will be studying and covering all the topics, having proper and relevant books is important and so are the question papers to understand the exam patterns over the years. Also as we known that current affairs and GK plays a vital part of the exam, one needs to be well informed and equipped with the world around.
