No, you cannot appear for JEE Mains and Advanced as a class 11th student. The eligibility criteria for JEE Mains and Advanced specify that candidates must have passed their class 12th examination or have appeared for it in the current year to be eligible for the exam. Yes. Many of the chapters mentioned in Class 12 syllabus begin at class 11. In Class 12, the topics are just explained in detail. So, it is advised that you take Class 11 seriously and study all the concepts with deep understanding.

Current Affairs, Maths Class 10 level, Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude and Management skills.

No good college will take admission without the entrance exam. In case you don't not wish to get into DU then you can probably try for IP University or Amity University.
For both the universities, you will have to appear for entrance exams.
