Hi Najah,
The budget is too low, but you can check options like Germany, Poland, Malaysia, etc. 1 to 2 lakhs a year is again too low, in such a case either you study in India or check out education loan from banks. Scholarship is also possible and if you have good academic scores. You can check this link to explore.

There is no cut-off as such for PGDM. A decent score around 75-80 percentile and a good past academic record can get you a call. There is no cut-off (specialization wise).

Yes, you can score more than 95 percentile with TIME correspondence course. Only thing is that you must remain focused and motivated throughout your preparation. Apart from just working hard, work smart too. Practice a lot and take mocks to get the exam like feel. Analyse your mocks and find out your weak area and work upon them. I can say please take mocks seriously and never forget to analyse it.
I hope this will help you.
Good luck for your preparation.

No, AAFT is not UGC recognised. However, the academy was planned as an alternative to formal film schools and has since come a long way making a unique place for itself amongst the best global centers of education of its kind. Growing to be certified as the first ISO 9001:2000 film school in this part of the world in less than a decade since its inception, the academy was also approved as an international level training center by the 125-year-old city & guilds of the United Kingdom in the year 2002.

There is no best specialization in MBA. All are good and have great opportunities. My suggestion always is to choose a field which you like. As per my knowledge, choosing MBA HR, MBA in Human Resources is a very demanding profession and the demand is likely to increase over time. The basic reason for this is, personnel are the most important part of any organization, therefore management of the personnel is the most important task to be focused on.
