You need to give entrance exam for getting government jobs such as NET if you want to pursue teaching or other exams such as UPSC for getting government jobs. Also, there are many other exams for getting government jobs.

No. You need to complete your 10+2 first. Then look out for eligibility criteria in the institutes that you are eyeing and the visa requirements to study abroad.

Admission chances will depend on your profile, if you are aiming for top ranked universities like Oxford or Cambridge etc. You must have a very good undergraduate degree, some relevant work experience or internships, recommendation letters etc. The scope of job after studies is a dicey matter in UK, it's not easy, however if you study well you will have a chance. Also job opportunities outside UK can be checked.
