Yes, day scholars can apply for PGDM course.
Eligibility criteria is Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management offers PGDM Program in multiple disciplines. The admission is done on the basis of a valid score in any of the following entrance exams- MAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, GMAT followed by a personal interview round.
Graduate degree in any stream with at least 50% marks from a recognized institute.

You can apply for SIMSREE, but as per the previous cutoff, I don't think you will get admission. Previous year cutoff through MAT exam was 99.96%. You can give the same exam in May and try to score more.
