Your percentile matters when and which of the course you are choosing therefore, it's quite tough to answer but yes, if you want to join Rural/Development Management then this much is more than sufficient as there is not much competition in this field, Only the thing you need is determination to the society. GRE and IELTS are both requirements for any form of study you wish to pursue. However, in case of a proper work opportunity, you would still require IELTS as the English Proficiency test.
