You can prepare for PO exams simultaneously with B.Com. You can join an institute for PO exam preparation but you can attempt exam only in last year or last semester. You can also take weekend classes for PO entrance so that you can manage your B.Com classes also. You have to manage the time between both the courses and also regular practice is needed for PO.

While IELTS is important, you must also have the minimum academic percentage to be eligible. Whether you want to do Diploma, PG Diploma or Master's degree depends on you. But, it is better you go for a PG Diploma since have an undergraduate degree. Please check the eligibility criteria of programmes you might be interested in and apply accordingly. For certain programmes, you may have to take the IELTS again.

I would ask you take MAT and ATMA April May attempt to broaden the options. Or, you can easily get admission in Indira Institute of Management, because the required minimum score for OBC is 90-92%, which is around 96-100 marks in MBA CET. Score 99% in the mentioned exams, this will definitely help.
