Work on your personal statement, a very good SOP can work wonders. Recommendation letters are also a huge impact factor. IELTS or TOEFL score, GRE also matters. Keep searching.

Cannot really comment since the admission in PGDM program greatly depends on your performance in the GD/PI. GD/PI carry more equal weightage in determining whether you will secure the admission.
