Yes, MTG NCERT Fingertips Chemistry is a good reference for EAMCET Chemistry concepts as it covers NCERT-based questions concisely. However, EAMCET also includes advanced and application-based questions, so supplement it with:

Andhra/Telangana EAMCET-specific books (like Sriram/GRB)

Previous year papers (for trends)

Practice numericals & organic reactions

If you understand NCERT concepts well, Fingertips can help, but don't rely solely on it for high scores.

Yes, you can also appear for the improvement examination in Physics if you have given your 12th examinations under the CBSE board. The eligibility criteria are passed in their 12th exams within the last two years of taking the application forms. And since you also said you completed 12 last year, therefore you would be eligible for taking this improvement exam also this year. You may decide to upgrade your grade in one or more of the five core subjects, which would include Physics. However, do note that you can sit for an improvement exam only once in a particular subject, and that has to be in the same year you take your board exam.
